Providing advice to government, companies and charities on responsible procurement:

  • Writing responsible procurement policies, sustainability guidelines/codes of conduct/standards and implementation guidance
  • Training and awareness raising for staff in the general issues, implementation and monitoring of policies/standards/codes of conduct
  • Providing technical support and communication tools
  • Actively researching key issues in the sustainability arena, producing and publishing reports for   clients.
  • Helping organisations to set sustainability objectives.
  • Analysing organisations’ internal systems and projects to determine whether they are meeting their  objectives and making recommendations accordingly.
  • Co-ordinating and assisting the organisation of meetings and events relating to the sustainability arena.
  • Stakeholder consultation and the facilitation of multi-stakeholder groups.
  • Environmental and social risk management.
